Rosh HaShana
Forage | Gather | Abundance
September 6, 2026
Glasgow's Southside
Join us on Sunday, September 6, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in Glasgow's Southside, as we gather to celebrate the upcoming Jewish New Year. We'll join together with old and new friends to celebrate the abundance of the autumn season and the renewal of the oncoming Jewish year. We will explore traditional Jewish texts, as well as the local plants growing all around us. We will then gather together to cook a new year treat from our foraged finds.

Pre-Yom Kippur Wild Mikveh
September 20, 2026
Glasgow's Southside
Join us on Sunday, September 20, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, in the last few hours before we enter the High Holiday of Yom Kippur, as we mark the oncoming of the Day of Atonement. Inspired by the Jewish practice of Mikveh (ritual immersion), we'll be reflecting on our years, before cleansing in the water, followed by a light and warming picnic and hot drinks.

Autumn Shabbaton
October 16-18, 2026
Scottish Borders
Join us for our fourth Shabbaton B’Teva - Shabbat out in nature - this time venturing south to the Scottish Borders, for a warm, welcoming and inspiring Shabbaton surrounded by beautiful scenery and warm community. Spend a weekend celebrating Shabbat with friends old and new from across Scotland, enjoying meaningful Jewish learning, Shabbat meals and rituals, nature walks, outdoor activities, a distillery tour, and thought-provoking sessions led by local and international educators. This will be an inclusive and supportive space - whether it's your first Jewish community event or you're already deeply involved - all welcome! This programme is generously sponsored by Mem Global’s Retreatology programme.
